Led by Econext and funded by Employment and Social Development Canada, The Community Workforce Development in Holyrood through the Blue/Green Economy Initiative is a community-based approach to workforce planning that will support economic and workforce development and diversification in the town of Holyrood, Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).
