The Launch is located in the Town of Holyrood, approximately 30 minutes from St. John’s, just off the Conception Bay Highway.

Yes, The Launch is a satellite location of the Marine Institute and supports R&D, education, and training activities for all of Memorial.

Clients at The Launch have access to the Marine Institute’s fleet of multi-purpose research vessels as well as vessels through our partners.
